Normal body impression on the quilted outer cover is not considered a manufacturing defect and this limited warranty does not cover wear and tear, and/or defects caused by misuse, including but not limited to the placement of the mattress on a poor bed frame or jumping and spilling liquid on the mattress, among others. Any claim for warranty is subject to CUCKOO International (MAL) Sdn Bhd’s sole discretion and payment of monthly rental.
